How long does it take to get the sample?

3-5 days for samples, 10-15 days for bulk orders. It depends on your specific items. We can expedite the process for you if needed.
How do you control product quality?

We have a professional QC team that follows these steps:

First full-size inspection

Mass production

In-process checks (sampling every 3 hours)

100% random checks before shipping
What information do you need for a quote?

Please provide the product drawing in PDF. It would be better if you can provide it in DWG or STEP/IGS format.
Is OEM/ODM or printing the customer's logo available?

YES, OEM/ODM and customer's logos are welcome.
What are your payment terms?

We regularly accept 30% deposit and 70% balance by T/T, Western Union, or PayPal. Other payment terms can be discussed based on our cooperation.
If we don't have a shipping forwarder in China, can you handle this for us?

Yes, we can offer you the best shipping options to ensure you get the goods timely and at the best price.
I've never been to China before. Can you be my guide in China?

We are happy to provide you with a one-stop service, such as booking tickets, picking you up at the airport, booking a hotel, and accompanying you to visit the market or factory.
